I would not recommend this company to anyone, particularly due to the incredibly poor management and a completely incompetent HR department. The HR team is shockingly unprofessional and lacks basic decency. When I raised concerns about the lack of proper documentation, the HR didn’t even bother to respond. It's clear they either don’t have the ability or don’t care enough to address important issues that affect employees' livelihoods.
There’s no transparency, no communication, and absolutely no sense of responsibility from their side. HR's primary role is to ensure a positive work environment, but here, they create a toxic one.
No Career Growth: The company offers no growth opportunities and completely neglects employee development.
This company is a prime example of how not to run a business. From the HR team’s inability to handle even the most basic of responsibilities to the CEO’s tyrannical micromanagement, this place is nothing short of a disaster. It's not a trustworthy company and certainly not one where you can expect to grow or be respected.
