No loss of pay you got a control all other contractors - EPMS employee will lead the project

No stablilty in job - if there is no project ten ter is no Job after each project need 2 start new network building in wrk environment only Basic pay - No pf / No HRA / No DA or any other allowances No notice period - if kind enough they may inform you 3 r 4 weeks before No encouragement to growth - u will be struck down and down if u try to grow Manipulative top management - cunningly convinces you to stay for temporary benefits Proper Pvt ltd company would earn you 4 to 6 times more salary with constant growth in carrier If you wanna lose your carrier growth pls join EPMS ,Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600020
