Pros

Above average salaries, some really friendly colleagues.

Cons

Non-existent onboarding and mediocre tech team can make the first few months difficult. EOP outsourced its benefits management in 2018 to a company charges hidden fees to employees--disappointing. I left because the new CEO is a bully who is easily "triggered" (her word), although given that fact, I doubt she'll be there long. CFO can also be hot-headed. Most other senior management were competent and reasonable and have survived many, many organizational transitions so there is hope I guess!

Pros

No longer any pros due to recent change in Property Management leadership.

Cons

I left the company voluntarily for many reasons. All I can say is I do not recommend taking a Property Management position at EQ Office. Legal, Finance, Asset Management, Marketing, and Engineering all seem to be fine from what I observed.
