- Unrealistic targets - Management do no help to improve results despite asking for help, and then blames the employees for the lack of results - Micromanagement, toxic relation with overcontroll - Makes you leave like you're a mess - People band together to sabotage good workers - Basket of crabs, hypocrisy - "trust" and "transparency" are only good words without any sense, - Protect people who have an inappropriate attitude
