Management at Director level didn't give direction or have a clear strategy for growth.
The strategy from the Directors were to ask the department heads to come up with the business strategy and deliver it. if it went wrong it was on the department heads
ERA was a great place to work until the CEO left. The vibe went with him.
Largest head count turnover I've ever seen. Including HR.
Both a pro and a con depending on your outlook, it's a company that has too many long serving members of staff meaning progression is granted to those with time served regardless of qualifications and other experiences
