      Pros

      ERCE is a great place to work if you want to be part of a fully integrated, international team of geoscientists, reservoir engineers, petrophysicists, cost and facilities engineers and economists. ERCE has a lot of exposure to both traditional energy services but also those supporting the energy transition.

      Diversity still needs improving but it's getting there!
