Pros

(+) Hybrid setup (+) Proximity to my place.

Cons

(-) New management who is an expat acts like a dictator. You have to be close to him or to his people in order to gain favors. (-) Leaders no longer stand up for their teams, they just agree with management. HR only shows up when there’s a memo. (-) Too many cost cutting measures. People forced to take forced leaves, no work no pay on special holidays, reduced leaves, minimal events, removed education budget, poor HMO. (-) Despite good performance, was given salary increase of less than 500 pesos. Tyvm! (-) Remaining employee events are just for clout and for content in social media. (-) Projects will require you to work crazy hours (overtime, weekend work). If you object to this, expect a memo. (-) Key roles were given to incompetent people as long as they don’t challenge management.

Pros

* Matched Salary Expectation * Hybrid Setup

Cons

* Toxic SUL, will make you do extracurricular activities even if you're overworked with client work already. Will look like they care but they'll just shrug it off and make you still do extra work the following month. * Work (client)-work (ERNI) balance * They definitely value client feedback vs your own, even if it is justified. * No work no pay on special working holidays * Forces you to post on your own LinkedIn account for their marketing. * PH company tied to ERNI as a whole but acts like a sweatshop (what Swiss Software Engineering?) * 1.5 year employment bond for what trainings? we don't even have time to learn as we are either doing OT work or work on weekends.

Pros

Very good at story telling. Period.

Cons

Ah, where do I begin? The swiss culture they love to highlight is pure lip service. They'll hire you, make you feel special, throw in some fillers like "collaboration", "people development", "open communication", "job security". Then the moment the project ends, so does your value. Suddenly you are no longer a team member, you're a "cost" they need to manage. They will strip away your motivation, put you on indefinite bench, remove your responsibilities. They will make you question why you're still showing up. If you manage to stay, they will make your life a living hell, well, until you walk away.
