Will look like they care but they'll just shrug it off and make you still do extra work the following month. * Work (client)-work (ERNI) balance * They definitely value client feedback vs your own, even if it is justified. * No work no pay on special working holidays * Forces you to post on your own LinkedIn account for their marketing. * PH company tied to ERNI as a whole but acts like a sweatshop (what Swiss Software Engineering?) * 1.5 year employment bond for what trainings? we don't even have time to learn as we are either doing OT work or work on weekends.
