Those who have long term success in this position have a way of figuring it out and must rely on more than luck - as a result they close deals consistently and are provided the platform and resources to do so. Regarding the consistency of pay, it is and always has been as consistent as you are able to produce. It sounds like you had some some negative experiences with your manager, and for that I am sorry. For those that want to control their own destiny, willing to outwork everyone, and not make excuses, our management is perfect and we encourage, empower and “cheer on” their success. For those that don’t possess those qualities, our management does our best to encourage, motivate and equip them. But they ultimately will have a difficult time here long term. I’m more than open to a discussion to learn more about how ES3 may be able to improve moving forward.
