1. Nice team and smooth onboarding 2. Detailed onboarding to help learn the job details even if you have not worked in geophysics before 3. Helpful as a stepping stone to other career prospects

Cons

1. Irregular working hours, sometimes work full 8 hours without breaks 2. Repetitive work which might get boring 3. Not much growth potential within the company
