      Pros

      Fast paced guided environment. Great access to resources for a better and more inclusive learning experience. Hands-on ownership for each and every piece of work you are entitled to. From decisions to executions it's all on you which boosts your confidence and helps you grow exponentially. Clearly one of the best places to grow, work and enjoy !!

      At times, there appears to be a lack of support and team morale, which can impact collaboration. Strengthening these areas would help foster greater understanding and respect for each other's work, time, efforts, and responsibilities.

      My first few weeks at NoisyLion have been a smooth and engaging experience. The onboarding process was clear and efficient, and I felt genuinely welcomed from day one. The work environment is collaborative, with colleagues and leaders who are approachable and open to ideas. I have already had the opportunity to work on interesting projects, which, along with the guidance provided, has accelerated my learning. Processes such as reimbursements and payments are seamless, adding to the overall ease of settling in. Love the working environment here!
