From decisions to executions it's all on you which boosts your confidence and helps you grow exponentially. Clearly one of the best places to grow, work and enjoy !!

At times, there appears to be a lack of support and team morale, which can impact collaboration. Strengthening these areas would help foster greater understanding and respect for each other's work, time, efforts, and responsibilities.

My days at NoisyLion have been amazing! From the start, I felt genuinely welcomed and part of the team. The onboarding was smooth and efficient, and I quickly got involved in meaningful projects with great support from my colleagues. The leadership team is approachable, and the flat structure makes it easy to contribute ideas and engage in open conversations. The team spirit here is incredible—everyone is collaborative and fun to work with, which makes every day enjoyable. There’s plenty of room for career growth, and despite the fast-paced environment, the work-life balance has been great. Payments and reimbursements are seamless, so I never have to worry about that side of things. Looking forward to what’s next—I’m excited to keep learning and growing with such an amazing team!
