      - New company - Still understanding full lay of the land - Hybrid model but claims fully remote - Can be last minute

      Pros

      We are building and learning as we grow. The team is passionate and we get to build where we are - meaning, working from home. I also like that we get to work with entrepreneurs directly and see our hard work manifested in their success.

      Cons

      The cons can also be pros! I guess this type of environment is not for everyone. It's a start-up. So we are building and defining the future of the company. Many may not like the lack of structure but for me, it helps me be creative and learn as we grow.
