The people were really the best. Benefits were top notch!

Lack of systems. The lack of diversity was awful. Management was truly terrible- all the good ones left. But good for them. If you stayed you either were getting fat off the company and honestly had no where else to go. The industry was closed to you. The outside world knew Estee is a mess.
