      -If you are experienced in the field this may be a good fit for you -Decent Salary -WFM -You'll always hear good things about you- which is not always good

      Cons

      - No format to train a new employee - Management skills are missing -have no idea how to train a new employee - No constructive feedback to improve - one can't guess whether they are doing good or bad - No role is identified someone is doing all, and some are just making stories.
