I think ETF Trends is a rewarding place to work. Here are some of the pros for me: leadership acknowledges your work, you are given solid direction and goals, health care benefits and 401(k), nice office, friendly staff that gets along with one another, great work/life balance, senior leadership takes time to get to know employees and they encourage new ideas. Overall, it's a good place to work.

More interaction between teams but company is actively making an effort in this area.
