Complete absence of structure, organization, infrastructure, and mutual respect. The owner/leading manager exhibits erratic behavior and establishes unattainable objectives. He is encircled by individuals who prioritize flattery over competence and lack fundamental task-related expertise. His behavior toward the staff is so derogatory that several of us have already resigned or are considering doing so in the near future.
