Interesting client roster, high quality of creative output coming from this shop.
Cons
Don't intern here, you won't learn anything. They go out of their way to emphasize their 'Residency Program' and how they don't call their interns 'interns' because they view them as equals etc, etc. That's not the case at all, my mentor was completely non-existent. I could've not come to work for an entire week and they wouldn't have noticed, seriously. It's obvious some of the department heads and executives don't like each other, too. Passive aggressiveness runs rampant here.
