- Management is very encouraging - Communication is clear - New CCO elevates work

- Rough time managing P&L - Creative team is overworked - Strategy team is lacking brand management skills

One thing you would hear from everyone that worked here is great people, and it's true. People are amazing here, they built the culture. This is not 100+ people agency that every single time you passed someone you would keep thinking, "What's his/her name?" Works are alright, there are really not much you can innovate with pet food, social posts and banners. You will definitely make stuffs because they are always understaffed, and you will be on 3+ projects the whole time.

- There doesn't seem to be a plan for the agency since the pervious ECD left. For the size of the agency like EVB, there should always be a plan to grow. If you look at agencies that start at the same time, Venables / Heat / Eleven Inc, they all have a steady growth and doing bigger things now. But EVB doesn't seems to have one or just fail to execute. - Like all agencies, process, some agencies are better than the other. EVB just have none, pretty much you have to figure it out.
