- The people in HQ are all amateurs, trying to seem professional with what they are doing when it's obvious that they lack the ability to make sound decisions. That's why plans and projects change all the time. And then they blame it on the staff when projects take longer time to finish.
- Many people have managerial and such titles but promise to be unreliable. Upper management does not regard hard work and dedication but only looks at the most talkative and bubbly ones, who get all the glory even if they don't even have to work for it.
- Management only focuses on numbers and how much money it can get. Staff always have to fight for their compensation. HR is the most incapable I have seen in my entire career.
- Staff are overworked and underpaid and undervalued. Who gets the glory? Their white-skinned managers who are incompetent.
- The company does not know how to say no to agents and clients. They think that's being positive while the staff thinks that that is just being stupid and greedy.
- Management does not have the gutts nor the appropriate skills to fire a non-performing staff. They will just bounce that person from one department to another and slyly lessen his/her responsibilities until that person loses motivation and decides to leave the company.
- Regular "training" for staff are a complete waste of everyone's time. You spend days going to these training just coming out of it the same as you were when you get back to your desk. The topics are impractical and everyone is clueless as to why they have to do this and what shall they do with all these idealistic points that cannot be applied at work.
- Upper management is completely clueless about staff's daily struggle and refuses to see it from their perspective. That's why the decisions, projects, and even the training are more against the staff than for them.
- Most of the sales managers are just here for the money, the title, and I believe just because they know that they cannot be employed elsewhere.
