      Pros

      Lots of travel opportunities. The company really does everything they can to help you get out and see their destinations. At least two long-haul trips a year to Asia with a good mix of company meetings and experiencing the product. They have top quality products and experiences that you can believe in and sell without any concerns. Great people in all destinations, really a pleasure to work with. Really good to work with such a reputable and well respected company. Management vision and direction is clear. Everyone is working towards the same goals.

      Cons

      Expectations are high and hitting targets is not easy. A big company and sometimes there is a big difference between competence levels in different destinations.

      Pros

      It was a nice, constantly expanding and growing company with a young and very international workforce, well located office and a very nice vibe and energy among coworkers.

      Cons

      Everything changed drastically in the company when the pandemic hit and the majority of staff was laid off and unfortunately not always in a very nice and respectful way. Even laws and regulations were not observed by doing so. This could have been avoided and done in a much better way.

Unfortunately, the COVID crisis led us to having to make the toughest decisions without any clarity on what the future would hold for us. We’ve tried our best to keep our people on-board, as long as possible, even without any business revenue for more than two years. We understand it brought a lot of deceits and disappointments. We are pleased to share that we have looked to rehire as many people as we could that were let go as travel recovered. We are sorry for disappointing you and others and we sincerely wish you all the best.
