      1. Good for new grad to learn more ab data center industry. 2. Have a chance to work with big Chinese IT companies like TikTok and Alibaba.

      Cons

      1. They don't care ab ur willingness. They would transfer you to another position and don't care ab ur willingness at all. 2. Management system kinda mess. If you can not speak Chinese fluently you probs not gonna be promoted to the main management team. 3. HR often lies, so be really careful ab the contract like what is the salary during probation and after the probation. Ask HR to write it down on the offer letter or you might get a lower salary than what they promise.
