Pros
Lots of benefit. Basically the management is very good. All kind of day will be celebrated. Have a good HR team. No need to punch in and out of work. Got birthday leave. 16 public holidays.
Cons
Environment is not that enjoyable. You come and work like a robot. During interviews, not being 100% transparent about the jobscope and workload. You will get more and more job task which out of your jobscope. But the salary is remain. 100% not satisfied with the salary.
