Cons
In my short time at Eagle they were reprimanded twice by the contractor for unsafe work practices. The employees I worked with were being unfairly treated but we're afraid to bring concerns to management because of the high turnover rate and deaf ears. I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone considers themselves a professional. It's more of a construction company than automation.
Lots of turnover and little desire to backfill positions. Instead, the theme is to move responsibilities onto employees that are still around, without any increase in pay. In my time at Eagle, I adopted the work of 3 other employees as they all quit, and didn't receive a single raise in the entire time (nearly 3 years) I was employed there.
