Pros

Food is cater to locals. English speaker not required much since most of the staff are Malaysian. Well provide entertainment.

Cons

Don't help much with issues. Use your issues against you, ie: injury/report/safety talk. Salary aren't stable. Stuck with fossil system. Love to hide issues from the management, but didn't solve the issues. Kept the 'Old people' with their old ways and refuse to learn, instead push new people/lower rank to the their job. Benefits not sure still available or not.

Lots of benefits like medical for yourself and for family (u can name 2 members),work is quite fulfilling but dangerous at the same time.Has a very high safety culture and puts employees first.

Cons

Dangerous work environment. Can be exposed to toxic materials in everyday things as well.
