Pros

Good place for entry level and to learn to an extent

Cons

Hard to get a raise. Dishonesty from management. Very low volume. Not enough techs. Anywhere from 2-3 hour long oil changes. Never keeping promises. Very unorganized. Huge turnover rate. Very old equipment. Not willing to renovate the facility. Overcharging customers causing them to never come back.

Pros

Steady pay check, offering full time 401 and benefits. Steady pay check is really the only pro

Cons

The place can seem like a high school people sleeping around with each other unprofessional work environment in general. Too much work for the pay, expected to fix other people's work mistakes in the department that they leave behind, deposits of money should be handled by accounting or finance not the front desk.. I honestly don't think this company or location cares about employees. Terrible training the person who trained me kept adding more and more work before i could even understand what i was doing intentionally trying to upset me. Another place i shouldn't have applied at. office politics not allowed to have a voice and favoritism they will lie on you if you don't fit in their little world. Its a car dealership i wouldn't expect much honesty anyways. I knew the level of expectations when i saw a sales man slap the rear end of one of the woman who works there on the behind on the show room floor in front of a customer.
