UNORGANIZED // SLOW - Anonymous employee Earnhardt's Auto Centers Employee Review

Hard to get a raise. Dishonesty from management. Very low volume. Not enough techs. Anywhere from 2-3 hour long oil changes. Never keeping promises. Very unorganized. Huge turnover rate. Very old equipment. Not willing to renovate the facility. Overcharging customers causing them to never come back.
