Pros
The superintendent really knows what he’s doin, and is willing to help anytime. The other employees are amazing and help everyone out. For the most part work was consistent.
Cons
Pay is not good, owners are cool if you don’t ask for raises then think you’re money hungry when you do. No raise for position changes, owners will talk behind your back. Owners encourage you to get guys from your old crew at different companies to come over but trash you when you leave, wouldn’t give me a raise but started a new guy out 7.50$ more an hour than me with less experience.
