They don't know anything there except how to make easy money

Pros
They didn't even need a fashion designer. They don't know what "Job roles" mean. They r just looking for people to do what the "boss man" says. People who do accounts and keep track of orders were first appointed as "graphic designer" ... And after years of being "loyal" they can now get designations which bring more money. So if you can stay loyal among brain dead people. Good for you
Cons
They have no actual process. No briefing system. No guidelines. No deadlines. There word of mouth is what you get. They will make you run around defeated in search of ways to make something new and better. And after you have made 100 diff new prototypes of projects. They will say "hey look how amazing we already are. Copy this old 2005 idea for 2022 , why are you do dumb to have not done so in the first place"
