Business outlook
Pros
Really good onboarding programming (sometimes too in the weeds) that gave me a detailed understanding of the company as a whole. They also set up coffee chats for us which was super nice. Most of my coworkers were wonderful.
Cons
Lots of complaining and management can micromange, which creates frustration for everyone. Sometimes that was passed on to me which wasn't great.
