Very poor HR....ridden with politics...no place for people good in their job... promotions or progression in career irrespective of your competence and happens ONLY if you are a ball licker...

1. Toxic culture, all seniors will outcast the new joiner and cannot wait to throw the jobs to you. 2. Poor management, managers tend to ignore the problems and push the blames to lower tier employees. 3. Work flow doesn't make sense at all.
