Cons
Management is extremely aggressive and mean. She bullies people that she chooses and holds them to a different standard than the rest, keeping them doing busy work that the others don’t have to do. More than once my guests food was deliberately held by expo staff in the kitchen just to sabotage me whereas the other servers food came out in a timely manner. The barista mysteriously forget how to make shapes in the foam of the cafe drinks when she sees my name on a ticket order. And I was the only person being told that I have to smile every single second that I’m there or they will fire mw even though I hadn’t had any complaints, no mess ups, received good tips and was always punctual. I was being singled out regularly and it drove me to a panic attack. I addressed the manager about a situation and she told me that she has decided to be even more direct and blunt and aggressive with ME in particular.
