Pros
You can set your own schedule and obviously work from anywhere in the world as long as you can adapt to the Taiwan time zone. The class prep is minimal and it isn't laborious so it is quite easy.
Cons
They tell you that you will arrive to like 20hrs a week but even after 5 months of working for them I never got close to the amount of classes/money I wanted in a week. Students can cancel up to two hours before the class and you won't be compensated. Students can also post-pone their classes for extended periods of time but you can't fill in that time slot with other students, so it blocks you from being able to replace a student for the time being etc. Having to do write-ups on the first class with a student is time consuming and you aren't compensated for it.
