No culture, greedy upper-management

Pros

- I appreciate the company's response to Covid-19 - Truly great coworkers on the entry level end but the higher you go the worse it gets - Stocked kitchen with different types of snack - Interesting projects at the beginning. Copy-paste versions of Sudoku in the middle of the company's existence (Killer Sudoku, Jigsaw Sudoku, etc.). No new projects now (the company was sold, so why bother, right?)

Cons

- Non-competitive salary - Workaholic culture - Sometimes it's funny how a company earns tons of $ but spares money for renting a new office or expanding an old one - Minimal to no career growth in the majority of teams/positions - No training budget - No diversity - There is an extremely biased feel to hiring, and most of the upper-level employees are friends or old co-workers that have been brought in (from "Apalon", of course). Easybrain would rather hire unqualified "upper-level" employees than promote within - The most fundamental problem - extremely toxic upper management and a sense that them (Peter mostly, since no one knows what Matvey does) undervalue the work of others - HR is basically nonexistent. I do not feel comfortable bringing up my concerns as I do not believe HR will keep them confidential and upper management will be told (thousands of examples when employees complained about a problem and nothing was done afterwards) - As a continuation of the two previous points, many feel unbelievably uncomfortable at work and feel they have nowhere to safely take their thoughts, feelings or concerns
