The colleagues were great and the lower level managment was good
Cons
The company is run like a business from 40 years ago. If your a man then your fine but if your a woman just stay away. There will be little no pay or oppertunites for advancement, you wont be valued for your work, complaints about inappropriate behaviour from male colleagues will simply be ignored and everyone is on different pay grades with no regards for equal pay. There is almost no benefits to the role, its long hours of manual labour with zero considerations for employee health and safety and constant disregard for your care. My line manager even fell down the unsafe stairs to the office and was offered nothing.
