Great place to grow

Pros

The company showed dedication in helping us learn and grow, which meant regular training sessions, mentorship programs, and chances to work on various projects. It is an excellent place if you intend to move up the ladder. The workload was pretty full, but one can handle it with good time management. I had a good work-life balance and knocked off at 6 pm on the dot each day. If you're willing to put in the effort and go for it, they'll give you many chances to move up and get recognized. So if you're looking for a place to grow your career and are ready to work hard (and smart), then this place is worth checking out.

Cons

Most of the employees were below 30 when I was there, so you don't have the opportunity to be managed by managers with C-suite level experience or from big corporations. This is not entirely bad since traditional methods do not bog down the work environment.

Pros

1. Fulfilling work 2. Good working hours 3. Ability to exercise creative freedom 4. A lot of food to eat

Cons

Very toxic culture. Witnessed full-timers getting sabotaged and fired, framed and manipulated. Many other interns were having a very hard time there, crying daily in the toilets because of toxic feedback and treatment from some full timers.
