Pros
The people who work there are very nice and taught me well. They don't leave new people out to dry.
Cons
As of writing this, there isn't really a formal training process outside of orientation classes they give during the first 1-2 weeks. Most of the training is done with the team and they will guide you through the different stations of the gear building. There is a lot of overtime that is mandatory.
