      - ok colleagues - casual work setting

      - people are gossipy - obvious favoritism - upper management that does not know what they want half the time - amateur business management - unprofessional with vulgarities used at staff

      Fairly structured roles and responsibilities for an SME. My managers assigned me work that was interesting and covered a wide range of responsibilities. I enjoyed my time here.

      Some work can be last minute.
