      An extremely high turnover of staff. I could see why.

      Pay and benefits are competitive, company-wide meetings and parties, work can be interesting

      Cons

      Overworked for a short stint and then twiddling thumbs for weeks, some very arrogant individuals in the team, no open mindedness to newer ways of doing things, bit of a lads club culture, team is dispersed across the country, lack of diversity.

      Flexible working from home when not required to be on site by client. Experts in each domain with a wealth of experience to guide and mentor younger staff. Company has a genuinely collaborative approach to solving complex problems. Company and leadership display strong values.

      Opportunities for working across business units could be improved. Process for progression and salary reviews could be more transparent.
