      Product line and quality is good

      Cons

      The way the stores are managed are chaos. Cant seem to retain people and have a hard time converting. No standards and understaffed. Difficult environment to work in and goals are not easy to hit.

      The PJs are decent quality if you wash them correctly. The employee stipend and discount are great.

      Cons

      Worst job experience I’ve ever had. No mentorship, cattiness from higher-ups, no structure, the list goes on. No respect of personal time outside of work - work life balance doesn’t exist here. They work you till burnout. This job has created new insecurities that I never had before. It’s made me feel not confident in my capabilities going forward in the job sphere. I just know that this is the worst I can get and it’s only up from here!
