      It will help push you to reach things you didn't think were possible. If you want to work with a group of people who are experts at what they do, then it is a great environment. Great clients. Great projects. High quality results you can be proud of. Some of the industry's best work here. Wide variety of projects covering all aspects of digital. Challenging problems to solve.

      Cons

      All projects have deadlines and when deadlines hit you have to work hard.

      1. A lot of reading and learning day in and day out
 2. Complete ownership and responsibility of all products.
 3. Amazing work life balance. 
 4. Idea to implementation and finally to experiments time is very less. A fast paced team to work and learn

      Cons

      There is no cons as such but a little word of caution: The problem domain is very specific and not much explored globally. You will be good and enjoy if you like in depth research and have out of box thinking.
