I regret to say that my experience with Ecclesiastes has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company's unethical practices and mistreatment of employees have left a lasting negative impression on me. First and foremost, Ecclesiastes has a disturbing habit of either withholding payments from employees or failing to pay them altogether. This is not only unjust but also illegal. Countless individuals, including myself, have been left in financial distress due to the company's negligence in compensating its workforce. It's appalling that employees have had to endure such financial hardship simply for doing their job. Furthermore, the behavior of the company's owner is utterly unacceptable. Their rudeness and lack of respect towards employees are deeply concerning. It's evident that there is a severe lack of communication and transparency within the organization, as crucial information is withheld from employees, leaving them feeling undervalued and disregarded. The fact that numerous employees have felt compelled to leave the company, often leaving behind months of unpaid wages, speaks volumes about the toxic work environment fostered by Ecclesiastes. No one should have to endure such mistreatment and financial instability at their place of work
