      - nice laptop - clever colleagues - bizarre, but generous, wfh policy - fast growing company, exciting

      - niche product in a tight industry - culture is a bit sour - fast growing company, rocky boat

      Great team members who are helpful and pulling their weight.

      Cons

      Massive exodus of key leadership and management team, leaving only the CEO with unchecked power. A leader who is desperate for results tends to start micro-managing and spouting out some pretty ridiculous ideas... that's all I'd say
