As I started with Echobox it was clear that this company is committed to Customer Success. Echobox has invested in the tools necessary to make its CS team successful, and it shows. The entire organization, from the tech teams to the product teams and all the teams, makes itself available to assist whenever necessary. With a significant presence in LATAM, it's a pleasure to bring Customer Success to that region and Echobox is fully committed to that endeavor. The benefits are also well above industry standards with a healthy amount of PTO (that is highly encouraged to use), excellent medical, dental, and vision, 401K and other perks. The company culture is very much work hard, play hard and work-life balance is a priority to the organization. It's a pleasure to be a part of this company and I'm very grateful to be an Echobox employee.
