      I couldn’t think of anything.

      Cons

      What I got is mental trauma due to the unnecessary push and micro manage from the boss because I have not been voice out and stand up for myself. Throwing temper every where based on his emotions . Needs to have more high EQ and rather be like a leader than a boss who just want to scold everyone.

      Management doesn't really control you as long as your things are done.

      Cons

      Director very bad EQ management. Likes to throw tantrum at every staff during bad mood even junior employees like us even when the employees did nothing wrong.
