      Best place to start as a software developer. You get the best exposure to the commercial software development world. Mostly deals with the fintech industry.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits are mot very good compare to other Fintech companies present in the country. Pay raise does not come every year like in other places. Salary delays are often which is unpleasant.
