Base pay and benefits were OK, health insurance, 401k, coffee, 9/80 schedule, able to work straight 40 with occasional, optional OT
Cons
No room for growth or advancedment, way too cliquish with management being center of the department cliques, if you're not into food and drinking - you're out, No bonus or rewards for the hard work you have to put in while others surf the web, CEO doesn't acknowledge employees and is very unstable - along with much of the middle management
