Pros
I like working at EcoBloc because we are making the world a better place by reducing the chemicals going into the environment, plus reducing health risks for our clients and the general public. We are growing quickly and dealing with multiple countries so it is always interesting.
Cons
Always too much to do and not enough time, but that's normal for a startup. It is also the reason it is fun.
