Pros

EcoPortal can be a good fit if you: - Want to gain international experience - Are accustomed to working in design agencies - Thrive in a high-pressure environment - Need steady income or a job quickly before finding something better

Cons

- Low pay and no additional perks - Work on Sundays and evenings for LATAM employees - Outdated and poor onboarding documentation and processes - Disorganized processes and misalignment of expectations - Leads often lack collaboration and communication skills - Toxic culture: employees face blame, public criticism, and inappropriate comments. Management often justifies this as being “direct” or “intended to motivate better results by creating discomfort, to motivate better results” leaving employees feeling undervalued and dismissed - The job description and tests during the hiring process do not fully match the actual day-to-day work. - High turnover in the design team with some micromanagement - Contractors expected to do the same as full-time employees - Fewer holidays compared to other countries - Low flexibility for remote work - No growing opportunities

Pros

The people here are amazing. Always so eager to help, and to welcome you. Everyone is a good friend and a good employee.

Cons

The higher ups dont care at all for you, or your pay. They pay poorly in all areas, will refuse/delay/lie about pay raises, and will demand you to be overworked.
