      Pros

      Pay for travelling fees, able to have break whenever you want, $10 per hour

      Cons

      Very Straining on the eyes because you have to keep staring at the small phone, repetitive job can be boring at times, expected to arrive 10min earlier to clean up the place (no pay), will talk to you after work if you leave on time when your shift ends

      Competitive salary (at the time of working in 2022/2023) with transport benefits

      Cons

      Excessively strong work culture with constant surveillance by management of on-the-ground workers Job scope and responsibilities were unexpectedly expanded at times (which included handling potential sensitive information and resources) Working environment for e-commerce part-timers looks like a sweatshop (might be due to additional space taken up by end-of-year stock take)

      Great Place for Part-Time Work

      Pros

      The management recognises effort and rewards accordingly. I speak from experience as someone who's only a part-timer, but was awarded bonuses for keeping with targets, which pleasantly surprised me. Co-workers are nice and helpful, though we took a while to warm up to each other at the start.

      Cons

      As with most Japanese companies, they are strict when it comes to things like punctuality. This isn't really a con for me personally, but if this is something you struggle with, you might not thrive here.
